You agree that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of yol4d services is truthful and accurate. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with yol4d. Creating multiple accounts, operating duplicate accounts, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and void any bets, bonuses, or winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether the activity was authorized by you. You agree to notify yol4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
yol4d is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all account holders. Upon registration or before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting valid identification documents.

yol4d does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees or service charges. Any such fees are your responsibility. Check with your payment provider before making deposits to understand any applicable charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. Deposits from joint accounts require that you are a named account holder. We reserve the right to conduct verification checks on deposit sources to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawals must be made to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, registered in your name. This policy is required by anti-money laundering regulations and helps protect your account security. You cannot withdraw funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yol4d, its operators, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with yol4d services is to stop using our platform and close your account. In no event shall yol4d's total liability to you exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless yol4d and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any law or rights of any third party.
